Ward C5 at North Manchester General Hospital is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our team. This is a part-time position to support the department with housekeeping duties. The post holder will work from Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays).
We seek a person keen to work with this team, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the unit. The post holder will be an integral part of the team, upholding high standards on the unit.
As a Housekeeper, you will lead ward services such as catering, cleaning, equipment, and supplies. Your duties may include:
* Talking to and reassuring patients
* Ordering non-clinical supplies
* Keeping the unit clean and tidy
* Preparing snacks and drinks
* Reporting faults and equipment expiration dates
* Chair audits
* Clerical and administrative tasks
