Job Title Hotel Receptionist
City Centre Hotel requires a receptionist to join an established team.
Job Purpose To ensure all guests have a great arrival and pleasant departure. To assist guests throughout their stay with any special requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the check in and out of hotel guests
* Take, review and process hotel reservations
* Deal with enquiries from guests and over the phone accordingly
* Resolve guest issues, escalating where necessary
* Upsell the hotels food and beverage offerings
* Take responsibility for the shift banking and processes
Key Requirements
* Friendly nature with a desire to make the guest experience good
* Previous hotel experience
* Experience of hotel PMS system preferred, at the very least an ability to demonstrate computer skills to a reasonably high level
This role is a shift based role working 38-40 Hours 5 days out of 7 and will require some weekend working. The shifts are a mix of Early and Late and occasional mid shift when the hotel is busy.
