Administrative Assistant - Social Housing
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 16.18 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temporary with the potential to go permanent
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to support a busy team within a well-established social housing organisation in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to internal teams
Answering phone calls and handling email correspondence professionally
Updating records, managing documents, and maintaining filing systems
Assisting with data entry and preparing reports as required
Supporting customer service teams in coordinating appointments or follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A team player with a positive and proactive approach to work
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
