GSL Education is seeking an inspiring and adaptable Maths Teacher to support secondary schools in Spalding. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a range of school settings, making it ideal for teachers looking for variety.
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and helping students succeed in Mathematics.
Key Duties:
* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Deliver pre-planned or self-planned lessons depending on the role
* Engage students and promote positive learning behaviours
* Assess and provide feedback on student progress
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
* Flexible and adaptable teaching style
* Strong classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
