PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced ShiftEngineers to work with our most prestigious client at Hatfield area
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems to maintain service levels and compliance.
* Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of building services equipment, including lighting, power systems, HVAC plant, emergency lighting, fire alarms and related services.
* Responding promptly to building alarms, emergencies, and operational issues during shifts.
* Ensuring maintenance and repair activities are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
* Recording all maintenance activity, inspections, and PPM tasks using electronic logbooks and CAFM/BMS where required.
* Supporting compliance and statutory requirements through routine checks and logging.
* Liaising with specialist subcontractors and the wider engineering team to coordinate works and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
* Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired).
* Experience of working with BMS systems.
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Must be available to work day and night shifts.
