We are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business to appoint a Health, Safety and Fire Manager. The salary is up to £60,000 per annum. This is a full-time, site-based role in Grays, Essex and you will be required to:
* Manage all Health, Safety and Fire matters on-site
* Conduct incident/accident investigations and maintain the Health, Safety and Fire management system
* Implement the fire strategy, ensure all fire safety systems are working and fire risk assessments have been completed
* Promote best practice and ensure compliance with health and safety and fire legislation
* Assist with third-party audits, identify training needs and maintain ISO standards
* Complete Health, Safety and Fire audits, inspections and risk assessments
Qualifications and Experience:
* A NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualification
* A recognised Fire Safety qualification
* ISO 45001 and 14001 knowledge or experience
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
* Property, Retail or Facilities Management experience or a transferable sector
