What the school offers its staff
Lots of our current qualified teachers began their careers at the school in similar roles, and we very much envisage that the successful candidate would be beginning the first step of their journey with us by applying for this role.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that Ofsted judged to be Outstanding in three areas in 2025. We constantly achieve outstanding outcomes for our students.
We are part of a family of schools within the Kemnal Academies Trust. Every week staff take part in 2 hours of Debden Minds which is a bespoke CPD programme focusing primarily on the development of teaching & learning. We provide exceptional career progression for staff, which leads to our Middle and Senior Leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us.
