Protocol Education is currently working with multiple schools across East London that are seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join ASAP. This role is ideal for graduates aiming to develop skills for careers in educational therapy, mental health, support work, teaching, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing support to class teachers within the classroom
2. Assisting children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
3. Supporting pupils in and out of lessons (KS1 – KS5)
4. Monitoring and recording interventions
5. Setting targets for individuals to work towards
Must Haves:
* Child workforce only DBS on the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK

Pay rates quoted are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for later permanent roles.
