A fast-growing international engineering business is seeking an IT End User Support Specialist to join their team. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure colleagues can fully leverage hardware, software, applications, and devices to work efficiently and effectively, while delivering an excellent user experience.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, with a half-day on Fridays (finishing at lunchtime).
What you'll do:
Provide high-quality IT support to colleagues across the business.
Be a key point of contact for IT queries and troubleshooting.
Resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
Assist with setup, maintenance, and administration of IT systems, networks, and devices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.
What we're looking for:
Experience with SCCM or Intune.
Confident administering and maintaining networks.
Experience with a variety of hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL V3 or V4 certification is desirable).
Proficient in O365 and Microsoft operating systems.
Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange.
