The Humber Bridge is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis (28.75 hours) for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Hours of work: Part-time, Shift 3 - 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) plus 1 Saturday or Sunday every 4 weeks.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-6pm), Saturday or Sunday (9am-1pm)
About the Role

Responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer services in relation to customer enquiries
* Planning, organising, and managing your own workload to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services and accounts management
* Processing payments for new and established tag accounts via telephone, email, and post
* Reviewing violation enforcement evidence and determining the appropriate course of action
* Issuing violation notices as necessary and identifying evidence of possible systematic abuse
* Investigating and responding to customer complaints and enquiries
* Using initiative to identify and resolve issues, queries, errors, and discrepancies
