We are recruiting a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join the team at Ifield Drive in Crawley.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to develop specialist skills in group therapy, recovery-focused interventions and psychologically informed practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Who can apply
* HCPC Registered Occupational Therapists with experience working within mental health services and a passion for recovery-focused practice.
You’ll ideally have:
* Experience undertaking specialist occupational therapy assessments
* Experience delivering individual and group interventions
* Knowledge of recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches
* Strong communication and partnership-working skills
* Experience supporting people with severe and enduring mental health needs
The role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll work as part of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, supporting people with complex and enduring mental health conditions.
* Complete specialist occupational therapy assessments
* Develop collaborative treatment and recovery plans
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
* Facilitate Recovery Through Activity groups and therapeutic programmes
* Support service users to improve independence, wellbeing and quality of life
* Work closely with community, crisis and partner services
* Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and formulation
* Support recovery through meaningful occupation and activity
This role offers a balance of direct clinical work, group facilitation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
