Regulatory Solicitor / Barrister (Police Team), NQ:3 Years PQE, Suffolk/Remote : New opportunity to join an impressive team. JOB REF: 9762.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing compelling cases, and advocating in court to ensure the safety of individuals and communities.
- You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and impactful range of cases, including Domestic Violence Protection Orders, Stalking Protection Orders, Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, Sexual Risk Orders and Anti:Social Behaviour Injunctions
- Work closely with law enforcement officers and other professionals in a fast:paced, high:pressure environment.
- Ensure that all legal processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Travel between courts will be required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in criminal or civil law.
- Proven expertise in handling protective orders or similar civil applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong advocacy skills
