Overview
Location: Corby
Salary: £37,000 - £39,000
Hours: Monday to Friday fixed shift 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities
* Ensure the efficient operational running of the pick and pack operation
* Drive a customer centric focus
* Provide effective leadership and motivation to the staff
* Lead best practice for safety
* Ensure 121's, appraisals and absence management is completed
Experience and Qualifications
* Managed a team of 40+ in a fast paced, customer focused environment
* Continuous improvement mindset using lean techniques
* Able to make recommendations for the improvement of processes and procedures
* Strong people management skills
* Ideally 3PL and knowledge of Bonded goods is preferred
