Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high expectations to ensure learners achieve their full educational potential.
* Set challenging and relevant teaching and learning objectives for all students.
* Employ a variety of assessment techniques, including questioning, oral assessment, self-assessment, and formative assessment, to monitor progress.
* Use effective assessment and recording strategies to identify students’ learning needs and plan future lessons accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
* Degree in Mathematics or related subject specialism.
* Proven ability to deliver ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ lessons.
* Demonstrable success in improving student outcomes.
