Job Description
As Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing the IFS Ultimo market share and increasing revenue through partners. You will be driving forward business opportunities with new and existing partners.
As a key member of the IFS Ultimo Sales leadership team, you will build and drive the Channel team to exceed company objectives. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. You will be required to track sales activity, provide sales development projects, and create and analyze metrics.
The Channel Sales Director is a key leader and will be responsible for defining and implementing the global channel business strategy, with the dual goal of growing top-line revenues through the generation of scalable, repeatable, structured channel relationships.
1. Development and delivery of a channel strategy across multiple internal and external stakeholders for Incremental business through channel partners to drive exponential global growth.
2. Break into new customers or markets through committed and loyal channel partnerships.
3. Run a sales pipeline discipline of opportunities sourced through the channel partners.
4. Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through highly capable and competent channel partnerships.
5. Become a trusted advisor to internal sales leaders and channel managers alike.
6. Drive the direction of channel programs targeted at reselling, implementation, technology and referral partners.
7. Drive continuous change and flexibility in the organization while at the same time instituting discipline and rigour in daily business operations.
8. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales programs to facilitate accelerated growth and profitability within the channel.
9. Development of a Regional strategy for Channel, built through detailed analysis and executed with attention to detail.
10. Review Channel Manager regional / solution coverage gap analysis to identify where to focus recruitment efforts.

Qualifications
Required
13. Bachelor's degree, equivalent professional qualifications or appropriate experience.
14. At least 10 years of commercial experience in a position of Channel leadership.
15. Experience leading a team of channel managers.
16. Successful experience and performance against sales targets.
17. Experience of identifying and recruiting of system integrator/consulting firms and technology partners worldwide.
18. Extensive experience in relationship management and/or stakeholder management.
19. Capable of handling the final responsibility.
20. Knowledge of Ultimo software and application areas.
21. Extensive experience with translating objectives into a business and sales strategy.
22. Experience of working with Enterprise Asset Management software or equivalent.
23. Fluency in English (verbal and written);
24. A willingness to travel – nationally and internationally as required.
