Due to growth, the business is seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. The role will manage treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation. The position reports directly to the Group Finance Controller.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
2. Reconcile treasury accounts and maintain accurate records of cash, investments, and financial instruments.
3. Monitor and optimise working capital across business units.
4. Implement and maintain treasury controls, policies, and procedures.
5. Prepare and deliver accurate reports on cash positions, bank balances, and short-term investments.
6. Collaborate with internal teams on payment processes, FX exposures, and treasury risk management.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
8. Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
Required Skills and Experience
9. Proven experience in a treasury or cash management role, preferably in a multi-site or multi-currency environment.
10. QBE or part-qualified/qualified accountant
11. Strong experience using Kyriba treasury management system.
12. Solid understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls.
13. Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
14. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
