Service Designer: Contract Role - Hybrid
Interviewing now for a Service Designer for an initial 3-month project based in Manchester. We are seeking an experienced Service Designer with a focus on discovery for a digital platform build. Your role as a Service Designer will address the need for a cohesive experience flow between the business and end users. This will include extensive user research, service blueprinting, user journeys and discovery work. You will also facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify key pain points through user centric research, removing inefficiencies, leading to a better customer journey.
Type: 3 Month Contract
Day Rate: Market Rates (Outside IR35)
Location: Manchester/Hybrid

Skills
-Previous experience as a Service Designer providing user centric and evidence-based design
-Proficient at creating artefacts such as service blueprints, user journeys and service concepts.
