POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven (Junior) Account Executive to join our UK team. This role is designed for an early-career sales professional who is ready to take ownership of the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market while supporting our enterprise expansion.
You will work closely with our Senior Sales Executive (who covers UK, EU, and Middle East enterprise accounts) to drive growth. Your primary focus will be developing SMB customers and managing inbound orders for our Air Purifier units and consumables. Additionally, you will play a crucial support role in lead generation for larger campaigns, helping to identify and warm up opportunities for the Senior team. This is an ideal position for someone with ~1 year of experience in lead generation (SDR/BDR) looking to expand their skills in a closing role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own the SMB Segment: Act as the primary point of contact for Small and Medium Business clients, managing the full sales cycle for our smart energy and clean air solutions, from initial contact to close.
* Manage Inbound Sales: Efficiently handle inbound inquiries and orders for Rensair Air Purifiers and replacement kits, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Support Enterprise Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute outbound campaigns targeting large real estate tenants, owners, universities, and healthcare facilities.
* Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
* Market Research: Research accounts and stakeholders to understand their needs and prepare for objections.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions to provide insights for business development strategies.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation (e.g., as an SDR or BDR).
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
* Commercial Instinct: You have natural sales instincts and the ability to demonstrate active listening to understand customer needs.
* Self-Starter Mentality: You possess strong motivation, drive, and the ability to prioritize time effectively in a high-growth environment.
* Communication Skills: You are a clear communicator capable of building credibility and trust with stakeholders.
* Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts (such as ventilation and air quality) to clients.
