As we continue to scale, we're now seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in supporting our operations and maintaining critical systems and equipment. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid electrical and maintenance experience to step into a leadership role. You’ll be responsible for supervising and carrying out electrical maintenance across a wide range of machinery and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our fabrication facilities. You’ll lead fault-finding efforts, manage small teams or contractors, and have a hands-on role in maintaining and improving equipment, particularly across PLC-controlled systems, CNC machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance operations across the facility. Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on a range of equipment including CNC machines and PLC systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults using a logical, methodical approach. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Support installation of new equipment and assist with upgrades and modifications. Liaise with other departments and contractors to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Certifications You must hold or be working toward some of the following: Recognized Electrical Qualification City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations. C&G Test and Inspection Certification. PASMA/IPAF certification and/or proof of electrical competency. BTEC HND/HNC in Operations & Maintenance Engineering or City & Guilds in Engineering. Skills & Experience Has hands-on experience with PLC systems, fault finding and diagnostics. Is confident working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery. Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Can read and work from technical drawings. Understands and promotes regulatory compliance in all work.
