The Practice
Mid‑sized training practice in a modern purpose‑built health centre
Largest practice within the PCN with substantial scope for future growth
Stable and generally affluent patient demographic with good clinical variety
Large multidisciplinary team including ANPs, paramedics, pharmacists, nurses and HCAs
Strong emphasis on reducing low‑value admin for GPs
15‑minute appointments with a focus on complex clinical work
Excellent same‑day access model already established
Buddy‑supported duty system to minimise administrative burden
Single‑site practice using EMIS and Docman
Opportunity to get involved in teaching and future research development
Supportive and collaborative culture with close senior GP input
Your role
Salaried GP
4–8 sessions available
Flexible session structure with longer‑than‑average appointments
Mix of face‑to‑face, telephone and triage work
Very low home‑visiting requirement
Opportunity to work closely with an experienced GP leader during a major transformation project

Salary and Benefits
£10,500 – £12,000 per session depending on experience
