We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Office and Website Administrator to join our hardworking Website Team at our Selby store.
Responsibilities
● Stock entering from delivery notes
● Creating product codes in line with deadlines such as product launches and stock arrivals
● Support to the Buyer, including creating purchase orders for seasonal stock
● Providing excellent customer service when dealing with email and phone enquiries
● Supporting with picking, packing and despatching orders when required
● Supporting the wider team with other areas of the ecommerce function
● General administration tasks
Required Skills and Experience
● Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Passionate about the equestrian industry
● Understanding of equestrian products
● Ability to work independently and as part of the team
● Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel) or Google Apps (Docs, Sheets)
● A desire to learn and improve
● Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis
We are open to both full time and part time applicants.
Weekend work will be required
