Job Title: Document Manager
Resposible to: Business Services Team Leader

Job Summary
As a Document Management Team Member you will be part of a cross-functional facilities team providing a number of essential support services to Minster Law.
You will be working within a fast-paced environment ensuring all incoming and outgoing post is processed according to agreed time and quality targets.
Core Responsibilities
1. Undertake the opening, scanning and sorting of all incoming post in line with agreed time and quality targets.
2. Carry out regular searches on the system for unreferenced post.
3. Managing various inboxes, responding, actioning, and prioritising efficiently all incoming emails, tasks, requests
4. Collect, process and ensure that outgoing post leaves the building at appropriate times.
5. Deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
6. Update all related databases/ systems ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
7. Perform to a high level in a target orientated environment.
8. Provide any other support to the Team Leader and Manager as required.
9. To undertake any other tasks as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business, including working some unsociable hours, if necessary to meet demand.
Key Performance Indicators
Your KPIs and Objectives will be discussed and agreed with you on a one-to-one basis. You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager to review your performance against these objectives and identify any areas for development and/or required support.

Essential
10. Previous experience working in an office environment
11. Ability to work to deadlines and with good time management skills
12. Strong awareness of confidentiality and attention to detail
13. Customer focused with strong communication skills
14. Reliable and punctual with flexibility to cover for team members as required
15. Ability to balance workloads and multi task as required
Desirable
16. Experience working in a similar post room or document management role.
17. Professional approach to your role including appearance, conduct, language and manner.
18. Good numeracy and literacy skills as well as computer literate.
19. Maintains a positive ‘can do’ attitude, self-motivated and uses own initiative.
20. Team player who acts as a role model to your colleagues for the Minster Law values.
21. Robust - able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives. Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.

Travel
This role is based in our Wakefield office.
Hours
37.5 hours per week; 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a rota basis
