Working Hours: 09:00 : 17:00 (flexibility)
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established surveying solutions business with a broad client base across the UK. Due to a period of Growth, they are looking to expand the Surveying team within 3 different Areas.
Main Responsibilities of the Residential and Valuation Surveyor
* To carry out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys for residential properties.
* Preparing thorough, clear, and accurate reports for clients.
* Identifying property defects and providing expertise recommendations
* Managing client relationships and offering high:quality advice.
* Ensure all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Experience and Skills required
* RICS Qualified: Assoc/MRICS/FRICS Also be a member of RICS VRS (Valuers Registration Scheme) or able to join.
* Experience undertaking Level 2 surveys, Level 2 Survey and valuations, Help to Buy Valuations, Level 3 surveys ( or a willingness to move up to Level 3s if not already doing)
* Ideally 2+ years Post Qualification Experience (but not essential)
* Full Clean Driving License
* Access to your own Vehicle.

* Standard Government pension.
* Bonus scheme based on achieving of expected workload. i.e 7.5 of basic wage paid if achieving 90 of target in month, 15 paid if achieving 100.
