Job Description:
Ideal Applicant:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment, but consultants certified only in Onboarding will also be considered. This is not a sponsored role - you must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without sponsorship.
Job Purpose:
To ensure successful implementation by meeting client requirements, advising on impacts, guiding on product options, providing best practices, and driving adoption. The Consultant maintains strong client relationships through proactive engagement and high satisfaction levels.
SuccessFactors Certifications Required:
* Onboarding (THR97) Certification is required
* Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal in addition
* Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal in addition
Certifications must be active, in date, and valid.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as SME, resolving system issues
* Manage projects and documentation per SAP methodology
* Support and advise during UAT and data migration
* Support upgrades and train super users
* Ensure understanding of project economics and deliver within budget
* Maintain product knowledge
* Support implementation of new or revised processes, including configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and training
* Develop and implement support processes for SuccessFactors modules
* Contribute to governance forums and design authorities, providing SME support
* Manage operational administration of Performance Management and Compensation solutions, resolving issues per SLAs
* Build relationships and work closely with the Head of Support for ongoing administration and support
Person Specification:
Required Experience:
* Experience as an HR practitioner preferred
* Associate Certification required
* Proven success in at least four implementations/support of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules
* Ability to engage clients and understand requirements
* Knowledge of HR systems integration and configuration
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience influencing stakeholders
