Role
We're on the lookout for passionate, trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to provide 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people across Eccles, Salford, Trafford and surrounding areas, who aren't currently accessing education.

What you\'ll do
You'll support young people with a range of needs and deliver tailored sessions in safe, supportive environments like:
* Local libraries
* Community hubs
* Schools
* Occasionally in the student\'s home (always fully risk-assessed and safeguarded)
Qualifications & Requirements
* Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
* Have a DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply)
* Have experience across multiple key stages (KS1-KS4)
* Are confident supporting learners with SEMH, SEND and EBSA
* Use a trauma-informed, relationship-first approach to teaching
* Can plan and deliver individualised, engaging sessions independently
