The Systems Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site. The role offers flexible working once fully competent. The salary is up to £55k, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
* Provide technical inputs for bidding activities
* Support integration and production qualification activities
* Develop concepts and prototypes into products as part of a team
* Plan work packages and support their tracking and execution

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree, HND, or equivalent in a relevant engineering field
* Knowledge of systems engineering best practices
* Experience with electrical design and product development
* Experience with naval combat systems is desirable
* Familiarity with requirements management tools like DOORs
* Experience with SYSML tools such as EA
* Training provided as needed
