RSK Ireland Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor to join our growing team. The role will be a mixture of home, site, and office-based work, predominantly based in our Belfast office, with work in ROI expected when required.

* Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition)
* Management plans and remediation strategies
* Reinspections and condition monitoring
* UKAS accredited Bulk ID laboratory in Coventry
* UKAS accredited Air monitoring services (Reassurances, Backgrounds, and 4-Stage Clearances)
* Expert Witness
* UKATA approved Cat A and Cat B training
* Specialist in Asbestos in Soil projects
We are part of the RSK Group, providing access to a large and diverse client portfolio. We also collaborate closely with RSK Asbestos teams across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Survey properties for asbestos presence
* Create survey reports with plans, photos, and recommendations
* Prepare management plans for surveyed properties
* Undertake air monitoring and inspect asbestos removal works
* Supervise Asbestos in Soils investigations
* Travel throughout Ireland to client sites as required
* Communicate with clients on-site and in the office regarding any issues
Person Specification:
* Relevant P Certs and at least 3 years of documented experience
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with air testing software (desirable)
* Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within a team
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation (NI and ROI)
