Sales Manager
Location: Boston, South Lincolnshire
Salary: £50,000 basic – OTE £60,000–£65,000
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm with 30-minute unpaid break
Sunday and bank holidays 10am – 4pm
1 day off a week, every week 
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and passionate Sales Manager to lead our sales operation at our brand-new, multi-million-pound dealership in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing, family-owned motor retailers.
As Sales Manager, you’ll inspire and develop a talented team to achieve outstanding results across both new and used car sales. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive departmental performance to meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
Manage budgets, manufacturer KPIs, and internal reporting requirements.
Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards.
Work closely with Aftersales to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Promote a culture of excellence and exceptional customer experience.
About You
Proven track record as a Sales Manager within a franchised dealership environment.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret key performance data.
Natural leadership qualities with a motivational and hands-on management style.
Passionate about delivering first-class service and building lasting relationships.
