Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: South East, with two days a week spent at our Peterborough office.
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum + bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Peterborough (2 days per week) and community-based visits (3 days) across the South East of England.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Valid NMC Pin
2. Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
3. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
4. Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage a varied caseload
5. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Preferred Skills / Experience
6. A&E or HDU experience, due to the fast-paced and complex nature of service users’ needs
7. Experience working with both adults and children would be highly beneficial
Key Responsibilities
8. Lead clinical oversight of your caseload, creating and managing tailored care plans
9. Deliver high-quality clinical training to Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
10. Ensure safe, compliant and person-centred care delivery
11. Review clinical documentation, including MAR charts
12. Build strong, supportive relationships with service users and their care teams
13. Provide ongoing mandatory training aligned with national standards
Essential Clinical Skills
14. Airway management (including tracheostomy care)
15. Ventilation management
16. Enteral feeding
17. Suctioning
18. Experience delivering complex clinical interventions
Knowledge of spinal injury care, acquired brain injury and neurological conditions is advantageous, and additional training will be provided.
