Role Purpose
To provide administrative support for Production Quality.
Quality Administrator
This opportunity, based at our Prestwick site offers:
1. 37 hour working week (half day Friday)
2. Shift premiums up to 33%, where applicable

Responsibilities
14. Collate presentation packs to support all Quality Reviews.
15. Run reports and monitor items relating to non-conformance and Concession raising. Ensuring prompt closure and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
16. Provide effective record keeping and administration systems and provide analyse and report trends. Control of wet signature documents and records required to maintain company approvals.
17. Assist with Operator Approvals and co-ordinate with Business Assurance Team.
18. Manage the day to day office activities including off-site travel, record keeping, updates and consumables / stationary budget and orders.
19. Control of Invoicing relating to Regulatory Support.
20. Compile and issue sub-assembly folio documentation.
21. Complete final delivery documentation.
22. Completion of folios with breakdown for Out Located Work Teams.
23. Archive Quality Records in support of business procedures.
24. Support compilation of Quality Measures in line with business requirements.
25. Support and collate Back charging relating to non conformance.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
26. Attention to detail is essential
27. HNC / HND Business Administration or equivalent is preferred/desirable
28. Previous administration experience
29. Self driven professional approach
30. Good interpersonal skills and a team work attitude
31. Ability to communicate and interact accurately and clearly in verbal and written form, with all levels of management, customers, suppliers and colleagues alike.
32. Competent IT skills including regular use of Microsoft software packages
33. Ability to plan and organise workload, tasks, activities and events
Decision Making Authority
34. CPC card holder, decides procurement of Stationary. Notifies Managers of overdue Documents.
35. Works on own initiative with minimal supervision.
36. Some scope for decision making out with scope of own role but within guidelines set by line manager, during contact with both suppliers & customers, work load prioritisation, use of correct tools and methods to complete tasks.
37. Most decisions impacting others within and external to the team will be approved by line manager
