You’ll work on a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed‑use sectors, gaining valuable experience and professional development support.
Responsibilities
* Conducting planning research and preparing site appraisals.
* Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
* Drafting planning statements, design and access statements, and supporting documents.
* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Monitoring local planning policies and contributing to policy consultations.
* Providing general support to the wider planning team on active projects.
About You
* A relevant degree or masters qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred).
* A genuine enthusiasm for planning and a desire to work towards MRTPI chartership.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent research, analytical, and organisational abilities.
* A proactive and positive approach to learning and problem solving.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a close‑knit team.
