About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing initiatives for a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS business.
If you’re a seasoned project manager with a passion for marketing, a knack for streamlining workflows, and expert-level skills in Notion, this role could be perfect for you.
You’ll be the glue that keeps projects moving — aligning teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and maintain the marketing project workspace in Notion — from scoping projects to tracking completion.
* Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across campaigns, content creation, social media, email marketing, and events.
* Lead weekly stand-ups and async check-ins via Slack to keep things running smoothly.
* Create and manage timelines, trackers, and updates in Notion and Google Suite.
* Spot and resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward.
* Liaise with freelancers, agencies, and external collaborators as needed.
Who You Are
* A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first startup environment.
* Experienced in delivering marketing projects from concept to completion.
* Expert in Notion — you know how to create intuitive, efficient workspaces.
* Familiar with Slack and Google Suite for async collaboration.
* Exceptionally organised, process-driven, and detail-focused.
* A confident communicator who manages timelines and expectations with ease.
Bonus Points If You:
* Have worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
* Understand brand advocacy or community marketing.
* Have experience managing distributed teams across time zones.
