Exposure to Medium voltage AIS, GIS, RMU, PSS and auto recloser Independently making schematic, SLD and GA drawings of above in autocad Making of interlock logic with hardware and soft logic block diagram Design of control and relay panels Selection of Relay and meter as per specification / requirement Modification of Switchgear panels to suit customer Design of Adapter panel after taking measurement from site Calculation of busbar size, CT VA and VK, AC and DC load Power Cable selection Control cable scheduling Making layout of panels as per site including cable trench routing, foundation detail etc. Concept of MV busduct Preparation of detail BOQ based on customer requirement Understanding NIT specifications of reputed consultants and make match / deviation with our products Understanding GTP of Switchgear and Transformer Discussion with customer and consultants when required for drawing approval Capable of doing team management, inter departmental coordination Exposure to RCA, transformer, battery calculation, minor civil design will be added advantage. Exposure to Automation, system study will be added advantage Travel to site with short notice is required. Qualifications Specifications & documents writing Technical understanding of technologies used to address customer operational requirements for Electrical Distribution Knowledge of Revamp and Retrofit Electrical Engineering for MV,LV cubicles including Circuit Breakers, & Relays Good Knowledge of IEC and IS rules Products (LV/MV panels, Circuit breakers/Numerical Relays, Instrument transformers) & design standards Electrical process functions, Equipments, protection relays Design tools like Auto CAD, Pro-e, E-TAP High level of technical knowledge of electronic/electrical component theory. Read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
