Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our team at our brand-new Kia Commercial Dealership in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture, where you'll work closely with our General Sales Manager and gain invaluable hands-on experience at our well-established Ford Commercial Centre as part of your onboarding journey. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll need resilience, dedication, and a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service. From initial enquiry to final handover, you’ll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service and support. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Identify and encourage potential customers Provide great customer service Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet customer needs/expectations Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service Other duties as required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Sales experience Friendly and approachable Strong communication skills Negotiation skills Flexible with a positive outlook and a team player Full driving licence Package: Salary: £18,000 basic (OTE £45,000) Hours: 41.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, day off during the week in lieu of working Saturday's Car: Company vehicle provided Holiday: 22 days per year bank holidays Benefits: Health cash plan and perks, Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation) We are an Equal Opportunities Employer Due to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
