Your Mission
Our mission is to deliver an outstanding customer experience from the very start of our customers journey with Teya. We manage the terminal preparation, delivery, replacement and collection of UK merchants’ card terminals & equipment. The UK Supply Chain team is based in the Milton Keynes office and supports both Teya and 3rd party RMS logistics alongside our partners. We also work alongside our Sales & Customer Relations teams to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Prepare terminals (terminal builds, order preparation, firmware/software updates) and perform returns QA.
* Coordinate dispatches and oversee returns/collections.
