Business Development Executive (Motor Finance)
£25,000.00 plus uncapped commission

Our client is a hugely successful asset finance brokerage, one of the largest in the UK, and they have enjoyed enormous success providing motor retailers with finance products that help them sell more vehicles, offer greater flexibility and to get swifter deal payouts. They have a requirement for a talented salesperson to manage in-bound finance opportunities received from motor dealerships.
The team is led by a fantastic manager, who will support and encourage you to be as successful as possible, and who wants to offer you progression within the business, if that is what you are looking for.

The Role:
In a nutshell, your job is to effectively act a business manager and to align customers introduced through a dealership into a funder that delivers the best value, finance product and opportunity for all parties (especially the end customer). There will be opportunities all around you if you are great at qualifying and selling finance and if you are commercially astute.
There is no weekend work, and fantastic opportunities to earn and grow your career. If you have fire in the belly, love motor industry finance, but crave something different, this could be for you!
About You:
You will need to have a motor industry background selling finance, with the ability to stack quotations. The role would suit a car dealership-based Business Manager or Fleet Sales professional who has significant experience quoting finance (building the deal and not just presenting it).
You need to be great at qualification, know how to sell finance and be a person who always treats customers fairly and in keeping with FCA rules.
