Responsibilities
* Build and develop long‑term, consultative relationships, working collectively and productively with broad stakeholders to deliver on promises.
* Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure ARAG's delivery of its proposition and services in accordance with contractual obligations.
* Drive customer understanding, ensuring partners engage and use our suite of products effectively.
* Pre‑empt issues internally and externally, developing robust plans to mitigate risks and service problems.
* Support robust, consistent and compelling account management plans that are agreed and worked on by both parties.
* Develop and continually enhance commercially valuable professional relationships with partners to ensure maximum commercial value extraction.
* Monitor partner performance and understand outcomes, measuring results against contractual agreements and identifying tolerances that trigger remedial action.
Qualifications
* Proven success supporting, leading and developing partnerships, including exploitation of wider business opportunities within existing partnerships.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry within large insurance organisations.
* Ability to deliver innovative, high‑quality customer solutions.
* Collaborative, with the capacity to work with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance business effectiveness.
* Ability to influence and communicate confidently at senior levels.
* Success at developing and managing internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships and collaboratively developing customer offerings.
* Flexible and adaptable communication style, employing appropriate tools, techniques and skills for effective and efficient communication.
* Highly accountable with clear commercial acumen, driving commercial success.
* Ability to support development of strategic account objectives and apply them in tactical decision making.
