Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise a small team of conveyancers and support staff ensuring service quality and compliance.
* Handle a varied caseload of: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new builds), re-mortgages and transfers of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and referrers.
* Oversee case progression to completion while ensuring all work meets regulatory and firm standards.
* Contribute to business development and departmental growth through client networking and relationship management.
Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor with proven expertise in residential property.
* Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a small team.
* Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and compliance.
* Confident communicator with excellent client service skills.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Desirable
* Previous experience using modern case management systems.
* Established professional network or referrer relationships within the Leicester or wider East Midlands area.
* Demonstrable experience of driving business development or team growth.
