Due to continued growth across the employment department, the firm are seeking a career minded Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to contribute to their renowned legal practice.

The Role
As an Employment Lawyer within the team, you will collaborate with a highly respected group of legal professionals representing major employers and corporate entities.
Responsibilities
* Advising on employment law matters for both employer and employee.
* Handling employment disputes and litigation.
* Providing strategic counsel on HR policies and procedures.
* Conducting negotiations and settlement agreements.
* Supporting clients with employment-related legal issues.
Requirements
* Qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 1 year PQE).
* Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
* Ability to undertake business development and marketing.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
