The Role:
As a Transport Administrator, based at the Chesterfield Fusion office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the transport and operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the Transport team
* Ensuring driver paperwork is accurate and up to date
* Checking warehouse orders and raising vehicle defects
* Chasing customers for cable drum returns
* Handling incoming calls from the sales function
* Checking transport reports and customer PODs
* Raising purchase orders and supporting with ad hoc admin tasks
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 6:00am – 8:00pm)
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Strong Excel and general admin skills
* Previous driving experience and good knowledge of local routes
* Experience in the transport or hire industry (preferred)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A confident, resilient, and friendly approach
