Client Onboarding & Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (based on experience)

We’re Boxcey & Seed — two fast-growing businesses working with exciting global brands and ambitious challengers. We’re scaling quickly and now need a Client Onboarding & Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in welcoming new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and keeping Shopify operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders to deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish. You’ll be the calm, organised, and friendly link between clients, suppliers, and our internal team — ensuring every product, order, and artwork flows correctly through the process.
What you’ll be doing
Client Onboarding & Account Management
• Act as the main point of contact for clients via WhatsApp and email, providing fast, reliable communication.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and setup — from product creation to artwork approval and launch.
