Server Snow Mountain, LLC is located in the spectacular Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. As one of the country's oldest national parks, Lassen offers gorgeous hiking trails, picturesque lakes that afford fishing and kayaking, and cabins and campgrounds for the those that want to experience the rustic feel of the beautiful outdoors! We are seeking Servers to work at our Drakesbad Guest Ranch location Drakesbad Guest Ranch is a secluded getaway lodge at the southeast end of Lassen Volcanic National Park, featuring 19 traditional Lodge and bungalow units. Season: May 18, 2026 to Mid-October 2026 (depending on weather). Summary of Position: Responsible for serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities: Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts Understand Company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas Complete other front of house duties such as host, and busser- food runner as needed to meet business requirements Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested Position Requirements: Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy Excellent customer service and people skills Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people Education and Experience: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment Resort National Park Concession preferred Perks: Employee housing available, double occupancy Generous merchandise discounts for employees Opportunity to work in a breathtakingly beautiful location.
