Events Executive 6 Month Contract - Telford (Hybrid WFH)
We are recruiting for a new Events Organiserfor a well-established and successful company in Telford on an initial 6 month basis though it should lead to a permanent role for the right person. This role would be ideal for applicantswith a minimum of 3 years experience in events or alternatively, you may have a background in Training Management or even Warehousing / Logistics Management with experience in Risk Management and logistics co-ordinaton.
The role requires you to work in the Telford office at least 2 days a week though UK wide travel will also be required on occasion.
Responsibilities and duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Creating project plans for a variety of annual events both physical and virtual
* Co-ordinating venues, suppliers, catering, logistics etc
* Acting as main point of contact / project co-ordinator
* Working closely with the wider marketing team and other internal departments
* Reporting & analysis
