The Role You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to a Family Solicitor assisting on a varied caseload covering private family matters and/or care proceedings. Key Responsibilities * Providing full secretarial and administrative support to Family Law Solicitors * Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence * Preparing court bundles and filing documents with the court * Managing diaries, appointments, and court dates * Handling client telephone calls and enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity * Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate case management records * Liaising with courts, counsel, experts, and external agencies * Supporting solicitors with general case progression and compliance Requirements * Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Family Law is essential What’s on Offer...
