Quality and Risk Coordinator
The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, part of Circle Health Group, is offering a permanent full‑time role for 37.5 hours a week. The salary is up to £34,000 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.
Overview
The role belongs to the Quality Assurance department and will support local management and coordination of incident reporting, investigations, audits, governance meetings and staff awareness of quality improvement initiatives.
Duties of This Role Include
* Support the local management and coordination of incident reporting, ensuring timely documentation, review, and closure of incidents in line with policy.
* Assist in the investigation of adverse events, near misses, and complaints, contributing to root cause analysis and action planning.
* Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and quality monitoring activities across departments, ensuring action plans are implemented and reviewed.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for governance meetings, including the collation of papers, minute‑taking and follow‑up of actions.
* Promote staff awareness of incident reporting, learning processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain relevant databases, electronic systems and records related to quality and risk activities.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Experience working in a quality, risk, governance or clinical support role in a healthcare or regulatory environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, including minute‑taking and report coordination.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and governance systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
