Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Newport Cottage Care Centre, Upper Bar, Newport, Shropshire TF10 7EH
Contracted Hours: 20 per week over 4 days. Salary £50,000 pro rata.
Newport Cottage Care Centre is a well-known and well-regarded local charity providing Day care Services to frail and vulnerable adults. The Charity is run by a committed Board of Trustees; who's vision is to see the facility used to the maximum by a range of local health and social care service providers for the benefit of the local community.
As Business Manager you will lead the staff team and manage the premises ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided for the benefit of the local community and that the facility is well maintained and that income and usage by tenants and users is maximised.
An experienced Business Manager who is able to demonstrate successful leadership, staff management, budget holding, risk assessment, and site management. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, able to offer leadership to the staff at the Centre and be able to develop successful partnerships outside the organisation.

If appointed you would be part of the Charity's plans to develop the Centre over the next 3-5 years and beyond.
