* Provide attentive, high-quality care to children aged 05 years.
* Plan and deliver creative, fun, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support childrens emotional, social, and educational development in a safe, stimulating space.
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their childs progress.
* Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery day-to-day.
* Support and mentor less experienced staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
* Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
* Be a positive role model, inspiring curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.
