We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HGV 1 Weekend Driver to join our team in the logistics, distribution, and supply chain industry. This is a weekend position with the option of working more days if you wish
The successful candidate should be available to work one or both days over the weekends.
Job Duties:
* Transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
* Adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
* Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections
* Ensuring timely and professional communication with the despatch team
* Performing routine vehicle checks and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
* Valid HGV Class 1 licence
* Tacho card
* Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HGV driver
Education:
No specific educational requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations
* Strong communication and time management abilities
