Main Purpose The holder of this post is responsible for the cleaning and presentation of trains for Fratton Traincare Depot to the specifications as laid down in the Train presentation Handbook. Comply with instructions, Rules and Regulations in force. Principal Accountabilities Ensure your personal safety and that of others at all times, including that of visitors and contractors Provide proactive information that delivers higher and improved train presentation standards Report defects found Carry out Environmental Exams and report defects as necessary Advise all work carried out Work to be undertaken to comply with South Western Railway quality procedures Work to be undertaken in a safe manner using the required personal protection equipment supplied Observe COSHH regulations in place Minimum Requirements Good knowledge of all carriage cleaning procedures, specifications and COSHH regulations Basic Communication skills both written and oral Knowledge of safety requirements Working Pattern Working on average 37 hours per week.
