Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily student attendance and follow up on unexplained absences
2. Contact parents and carers via phone, text or email to promote good attendance
3. Collaborate with form tutors, heads of year, and safeguarding leads
4. Maintain accurate records using the school's MIS system (Arbor)
5. Support the development of attendance improvement strategies
Requirements:
6. Prior experience using Arbor is desirable
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. An eye for detail and the ability to manage sensitive information
9. A calm, professional and empathetic approach
10. Prior experience working in a school
